Delivery

Delivery

Equipment delivered at the wrong moment costs more than equipment delivered late.

Services

A delivery is planned before it happens

On site, delivery is not an afterthought: it is a constraint planned from the design stage. A ten-metre structure does not come through a service door, a cage cannot be carried by two people, and a technical floor delivered before the slab is poured clutters the site for three weeks.

So we time the transport to real progress: packed by installation lot, every crate marked, handling gear arranged in advance, a delivery window that suits the building manager or the school, and someone who answers the phone on the day.

We deliver throughout France, and internationally where the project calls for it - our British, Canadian and international domains are not decoration. Depending on the destination we adapt the packing, the transport documents and the schedule, allowing for customs and for local access constraints.

The lead time we quote covers manufacturing, transport and the installation window, not just the journey. It is the only one that means anything to you: the date on which the space can actually be used.

World by world

What that covers, discipline by discipline

Padel

Padel

Structures and glazing travel packed by court and marked by assembly position, so the site does not have to sort two pallets before starting.

A court arrives on several articulated lorries: access, the unloading area and temporary storage are checked at the survey, not on delivery day.

Fitness & Cross-training

Fitness & Cross-training

Heavy machines arrive after the floors and before the mirrors: the delivery sequence is part of the installation plan.

A strength machine rarely fits through a standard doorway: we survey the routes, the lifts and the corners before ordering.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates equipment is delivered wrapped to the studio door, not to the pavement: reformer finishes do not survive careless handling.

A reformer's finishes do not survive rough handling: delivery goes right into the studio, packaging included, and is unwrapped on site.

Combat sports

Combat sports

Cage, ring and mats arrive in separate lots, in assembly order, with the lifting gear the heaviest parts require.

The heaviest items arrive with their own lifting gear: improvising a hoist on assembly day costs a day on site.

Multi-sport spaces

Multi-sport spaces

Delivery to occupied sites, usually outside term time or opening hours, with finished floors protected.

In an occupied building, protecting the existing floors is part of the delivery: a new covering scratched by a pallet truck is hard to repair.

Play areas

Play areas

Equipment, furniture and safety surfacing delivered as close to the site as possible, allowing for access to a park or a school yard.

Safety surfacing travels badly folded and bulky equipment rarely fits through the gate: access as close as possible to the site is arranged in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver to the room, or to the kerb?

To the final position, and that is the rule: a reformer unwrapped in a lobby is no longer a new reformer. We survey the routes, lifts and corners before ordering.

When access will not work, it is discovered at the survey and not on delivery day - which is exactly why the survey exists.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, from Beauvais for Europe and from our Canadian base for North America. The Caribbean is served regularly.

Packaging changes more than the lead time: humidity, salt and multiple handlings call for protection we allow for at the outset.

Can you store before installation?

When the site is not ready, yes, and it is common: long-lead items are ordered early, so they sometimes arrive before the premises.

We allow for it in the programme rather than improvising - unplanned storage ends up in a corridor.

Tell us where and when

A place, a target opening date, an access constraint: with those three, we already know whether the programme holds. Let us talk before the lead times decide for us.
